It features tile and luxury plank flooring throughout and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. This is a well-kept and managed property.It is spacious, impeccably clean, and the grounds are perfectly manicured. There were chairs set-up every day on the beach only steps from our rental. We would stay here again. I will recommend thisto anyone.
