Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring and tile flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

In last 20 yrs we have vacationed in Destin 12 times. All other stays have been at Coral Reef Club where we have always had 5 star stays! Although staff were GREAT at Destin Beach Club unit 315 is in serious need of a full rehab, needs remodeling. Can recommend Club as whole but CANNOT recommend unit 315!!!
