About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This unit has tile throughout the common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a dedicated, covered parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

We especially loved the unit’s closeness to the beach and the spacious gulf front balcony. Unit was nicely furnished and had all the kitchen utensils one might need! The fans are efficient and helped to keep the unit cool. The front desk was responsive and check in and out was quick and easy.
