About this apartment rental
Make sure you check out this cozy 1430sqft east end condo! Located on the 3rd floor, this condo provides a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and the three east side windows throughout the unit! Enjoy free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This unit has a king in the master bedroom with a custom walk-in shower in the attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two full/double size beds. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs, DVD players and stereo. The living room sofa does fold out into a sleeper for extra bedding. The kitchen has updated granite counter tops, cabinets, and is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Complete wet bar with ice machine. Covered, garage parking is included with this unit.

The room was very nice with some minor issues. 1. no bar area like the other rooms. 2. Master bedroom mattress slopes to middle.We have stayed at Gulfgate many years in a row now and hope to continue but I hear rates are jumping enormously so not sure can afford it in the future. I hope we can be cause we love the place.
