About this apartment rental
Condo 205 is completely updated and professionally decorated, with high-end furnishings, fixtures and finishes throughout — including all-new Samsung kitchen appliances. This is a spacious 2 BR/2 BA beachfront condo with a private 30-foot balcony and reserved indoor parking spot. It features the latest technologies: a 70" TV in the living room with a 2.1 wireless sound bar and 55" TVs in both bedrooms. All three flatscreen TVs are wall-mounted and "smart" with digital HD service and Blu-ray players. Both bedrooms contain an iHome alarm clock with wireless speakers and charging ports. The new wet bar includes a built-in dual-zone wine cooler, ice maker and a commercial-grade blender. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed that looks out onto the Gulf and features a memory foam mattress topper. The large master bath has a custom walk-in doorless shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a custom tub/shower in the bath. There are double sinks and premium granite tops in both bathrooms along with outlets on each side of the vanities. You can also enjoy free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) The condo is equipped with WiFi, three ceiling fans, and many modern touches. Maximum: 6 people. If you're looking for luxury, top-of-the line amenities and a great view of the beach (without sacrificing privacy), you will appreciate unit 205.

The property was clean and well maintained. It exceeded expectations. It provided comfort with all furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances met our needs from making deserts as well as boiling crab. The office staff were responsive and welcoming. The property was located close to all attractions, like beach, shopping, restaurants, movies, but we loved this condo so much we rarely left.

We love this place. Rooms are gorgeous and you can’t beat the location. There is even an ice machine in the room, perfect for filling up the ice chest before heading down. The complimentary beach set up is so convenient and Robby was great as well. Every day our chairs moved a little closer to the entrance, but that wasn’t even a big deal. Everyone gets a front row view, which is the way to go. Look to the left or right, and you will see umbrellas and chairs 4 to 5 rows deep. The beach was never crowded. The staff were so friendly. We were on the 3rd floor and I was initially concerned that it would be loud—but it absolutely wasn’t! We never heard any of our neighbors! I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Can’t wait to return!
