This warmly decorated space offers 1430 sq. foot tiled throughout, with carpet in both bedrooms. Relax and enjoy your destination vacation with a 30 foot private balcony, spanning from the living room to the master bedroom, high speed wireless internet, and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach service set-ups.) This space offers a beautiful master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, accompanied by a custom walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. The gorgeous guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, and a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. Your ultimate family vacation awaits!

This place is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The property description was extremely accurate, and in a nice location. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We really enjoy eating at the Back Porch, which is just a short walk from Destin Gulfgate. There are other great restaurants we enjoyed, such as Mc Quires Irish Pub, and Louisiana Lagniappe. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a beautiful condo with a huge balcony. We enjoyed a pool that the kids loved. It was so relaxing. The happy hour was a big hit. And, we loved the free beach toy area. We were allowed to grab a few toys for the day and drop them off when we were done. It was a great experience. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming.

This was a beautiful, well-stocked unit. It was immaculate, and we spent a lot of time of the nice balcony. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach, beach chairs/umbrella, and a very nice pool. It is located within walking distance to a nice, well known restaurant, The Back Porch. There are other places of interest that are within walking distance also. I can not say enough great things about the manager and other employees at Destin Gulfgate. They were very friendly and helpful. They made excellent recommendations of the best places to eat, and answered any questions that we may have had. I feel that they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the area, and we personally really enjoyed McGuire's Irish Pub, and Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely highly recommend this property to friends and family.

This property is overpriced. Rates changed on a daily basis!
Very disappointed about not getting a flat rate per night. This is a very old property
and the security gate never worked while I was visiting.
