About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the emerald coast in this beautifully, updated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This large condo has a luxurious brand-new king-size memory foam bed in the master bedroom, featuring a new Smart TV. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 brand new memory foam queen beds. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers. A sofa sleeper can be found in the living room, as well as a writing desk and brand new 65" Smart TV making a perfect place to relax, unwind, or get some work done with a view. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen (Keurig Coffee Maker included) so you’ll have everything you need to enjoy a come cooked meal. A brand-new full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout. This condo includes covered, reserved parking.

We shared the rental with another couple and there was plenty of room and privacy for all of us. Cooked breakfast and ate on the deck. Wonderful!

Our family vacation couldn’t have been more enjoyable! The facilities, amenities, and staff were all top notch! Spacious living arrangements and plenty of options for food and fun all within walking distance. Without question we will be back!
