Spectacular Gulf and beach views from this fully renovated and professionally decorated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo. High-end finishes throughout including granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, large custom walk-in shower in master bathroom, custom tub/shower in guest bathroom, tile and carpeting. You'll find a king bed in the master BR, 2 queens in guest BR, and a sleeper sofa in the LR. The unit features 4 flat screen TVs: 65” smart HD TV in LR as well as a Sony home theater system with speakers; 55” HD TV with DVD player in master BR; 46” HD TV and Blu-ray player in guest BR; and 21” TV in kitchen. There's a Kitchen Aide ice maker in the wet bar and an abundance of high-quality patio furniture. A reserved indoor parking space completes this condo. This unit offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) We can't say enough about this unit and property. Everything about it was perfect! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and updated. It was even better in person than the pictures showed. The balcony was our favorite place to be during morning coffee and pop-up rain showers. The beach service was incredibly friendly, and we loved that all the setups were on the front row. The unit was very spacious and the best condo overall of all we've experienced over the years. We can't wait to return!

For future reference, I would like people to ask if I'm allergic to fragrances on the bed covers or blankets. I would love at least a bottle of water on the fridge and probably one or two more toilet papers. I was super grateful that the room was cold and clean.
