About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story end unit loft condo featuring tile and carpet flooring. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The living room also has a very nice wet bar and a sofa sleeper for your use. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bath also has a very private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

We always love the Seafarer. This was our first time in this unit. It needs some updates and new furniture in the living room. The rest of the property and Sammie in the office are amazing!!!

Unit was out dated and the AC went out on our 3rd day in the unit. The rental company got someone out quickly but AC was not easy fix. Maintenance guy called manager and got us another unit. Much smaller and only 1 bathroom but more updated.

Let me start out by saying we really like staying at Destin Seafarer. They staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the location. I do not want this review to reflect on Destin Seafarer as a whole, just this unit. Seafarer has many nice units even though it is an older property. We stayed in unit 214 for 2 1/2 months and this was our 2nd year in this unit. The location of the unit is nice (it is an end unit). The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. The unit needs to be updated especially the furniture, very uncomfortable. Circuit breaker in downstairs bathroom kept tripping which affected the outlet in upstairs bathroom. This happened last year and they attempted to fix it. Kitchen light kept going off. Maintenance fixed it but by the time we left it was doing the same thing again. When we arrived there were two water leaks coming from the ceiling which maintenance put a ‘bandage’ on with plans to repair once we left. Just a lot of little things which all add up. Owners of this unit really need to give it some TLC. We will stay at Seafarer again just not in this unit, unless it gets some updates
