About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use March 1st to October 31st for short term rentals. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen that also includes a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The living/dining room offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Kitchen was well stocked with many dishes, bowls, and utensils. There was both a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker. We had a minor problem with the refrigerator door handle but Harry fixed it right up! The bedroom had a comfortable mattress and plenty of storage for our clothes. The water pressure in the shower was great and we had plenty of hot water for our family of four. The only thing I would suggest is adding an ottoman so guests can put their feet up at night. There are no throw blankets either so we missed having a blanket to cozy up with in the evenings. The pool and hot tub were great when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. We really enjoyed having beach service. However, my husband was annoyed that we only were able to have two chairs even though there were four of us staying in the condominium. We really enjoyed our time here. It was a great trip! The front office is very friendly and willing to help us when we needed it. Lastly, there’s an ice cream/candy store within walking distance. Also a restaurant but we didn’t care much for the food at the restaurant.

Spent 3 1/2 days dealing with electronic issues In unit 108. No one should have to do that on vacation. Staff was not knowledgeable and rude. We have come there for 20 years and this is the rudest staff we have dealt with. We love coming there, butA bad experience based on staff and electronic issues.
