Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story loft condo featuring tile and carpet flooring. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The living room also has sofa sleeper for your use. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

This unit is located within walking distance of The Back Porch and makes drinks and food so easy to get from the beach. The beach is not crowded because of the limited rooms in the condo. The staff is very accommodating and extremely nice! Great value!!!

We and our family loved staying in Room 208 at Seafarer. We loved the views of the beach from the living room and balconies. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the young man who set up our beach chairs by 7 am. The Seafarer was also conveniently located to restaurants and shopping centers. The only recommendations we would like to make to Room 208 would be to replace the window blind and add curtains to the front bedroom to shield the hallway light at night, and replace the rocking recliner in the living room and upstairs balcony furniture, which were in somewhat fair condition.

We have been coming to this property for over a decade. Typically, the condos are very well maintained. The views are unbeatable with an ocean view from the main room and master bedroom. The beach simply can’t be beat! But, 208 had numerous things that were either broken or about to break. Kitchen table was very unstable (a maintenance man came and tightened the screws) and it was better...but just not solid. Drawers in downstairs bath were broken. Kitchen sink fixture about to fall off. The trash in the parking garage was left on a cart for over 3 days (which I am sure was left by a guest). Will return, but not in that particular unit.
