Great neighborhood, safe parking, clean rental with all the amenities. It is time for a furniture and bed upgrade. But I won't hold that against this place. This was our 2nd time staying there and we will be back.

We had an amazing time at this property. The beach was not crazy busy since it is a smaller building. Location was great. There is a restaurant two buildings over (The Back Porch).The office was great to work with. We had our car and there was lots to see and do. We did a little shopping and lots of eating! All a short drive away. I did get the notifications the evening before our arrival of "things to know" which was helpful. There are no beach towels at the property so it suggested bringing beach towels which we did. I read one review about the shower draining very slowly. This was not our experience. They must have fixed it since then because it was fine and pressure was good. We are picky :) Loved the view and the beach being right there. It is perfect for our family.

The unit was suboptimal at best. The patio door did not lock,the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, the drain in tub was clogged..you stood in ankle deep water after your shower..the insulation of property is poor..we heard every movement including furniture being moved above us all day and night.We left a day early eithou6a refund..poor business. For the price we paid for the rental the unit was poor...Will never stay at Seafarers again. AWE stayed in 2022 with same experience .Thought we'd give it another try.bad mistake..Beach was awesome.
