About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this beautifully decorated two-story loft condo. This condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony and has a nice seating area. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Besides the beds being a little hard (I sleep on a cloud at home) this was a GREAT place to stay! Incredibly close to the beach, wonderful view, and comfy/home away from home!

Great stay - loved being right on the beach. The bed on the main level, however, was uncomfortable. Could feel the springs. More storage in main level bathroom would be helpful for those staying in the main level bedroom. The bathroom vanity below took up all the storage space with the towels. Liked how nice and bright the living area was with the side window. Pool/hot tub area was super clean.

We love the Seafarer and have stayed in multiple units over the years, but this was our first time in unit 201. From the pictures the unit looks well maintained but this unfortunately was not the case upon checkin. The carpet is extremely worn and heavily stained throughout the unit, the dining room chairs have slip covers over them that are incredibly dirty and the chairs underneath were destroyed. The bathtub in very shallow and did not have a drain cover so it was not usable. The kitchen was not stocked with cooking utensils, there was only 1 plastic cooking spoon. The freezer would pop open every time the refrigerator was opened. The blinds in the guest bedroom were broken and had a hole in them where anyone from outside could look in (we covered this hole with a hand towel during our stay) we would’ve requested to be moved to another unit, but we knew there were no other 2 bedroom units available during our stay. We definitely would not recommend unit 201.
