About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story loft condo featuring tile and carpet flooring. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The living room also has very nice wet bar and a sofa sleeper for your use. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

The vacation rental was clean, well decorated, and offered perfect views of the ocean. Me and my family have come to this condo multiple times and have enjoyed every experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the beach next year!

Condo had a wonderful secluded second floor primary suite with balcony with beautiful view of the gulf. The shower was huge and could be turned on without getting wet. We, two couples, had a great stay. Gave 4 for condition because a/c vents need to be tweaked to get more air in downstairs bedroom. All appliances worked great! Also had small ice maker.

Upon entry, there is a slight musty odor, which was strange because the place was immaculately clean and clearly has been recently remodeled. We did not notice the odor after the first hour or so, and it did not detract from our enjoyment. The decor is fresh and lovely. The kitchen is the perfect size for vacation meals, but it could stand to have a few more pieces of cookware and the utensils, especially the knives, could stand replacement. The bedding in both bedrooms is very comfortable. Having the beach chair/umbrella service was probably my favorite of the perqs of staying here. It was so nice to only have to take a beach bag and sit in the shade in our reserved chairs. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Overall the condo was nice and up to date! The downside was the owner has a dog/ dogs and there was dog hair everywhere. Mostly in the upstairs. I did not know this going in and I’m allergic to dogs and it’s just gross to have dog hair everywhere. I hope this helps someone else in this situation. They did offer to come re clean it. Overall the stay was good. Beach was beautiful and not crowded!
