Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story loft condo featuring tile flooring thru-out. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

The location is amazing! The management is sketchy. They told me a day before check in there would be construction and the construction was so loud! No discounts offered or anything for the inconvenience of never being able to enjoy sleeping in while on vacation. And then they complain if you make noise after their 9pm quiet time rule. We also had beach chairs stolen by someone that works there. Management claimed to not be able to see on camera who it was. But when they showed up to the beach with our chairs, they admitted stealing them and gave them back. Beautiful unit though, totally renovated and clean. Could use a few rugs to help catch sand and more blankets on the beds!

Our rental was gorgeous! Beautiful inside and a beautiful ocean view! We had 4 adults and a toddler in our group, and it was the perfect size. Would stay in this unit again, and highly recommend it for others.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a relaxing beach getaway. This is our 4th time staying at this location and we will be back. The room was amazing and comfortable. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping is always a plus too! Very clean and family friendly! Office staff is the best too. Nicest people!
