About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this recently redecorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bath with soaking tub and shower. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features updated new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Large 65" flat screen TV can be found in the living room with 50" TVs in both bedrooms. This is an east end unit with extra windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Reserved indoor parking. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

Property is beautiful and very well maintained. We have stayed here several times and will continue to book with them for future visits. They have a great location that is off the main highway but close and very easy to get in and out of property. We are at the Donut Hole, Boshamps, Back Porch couple of times, The Edge and all were very good. Back Porch is within walking distance so it is very convenient and food is delicious. Pool was very nice especially if you have younger children and chairs with umbrellas are a great added benefit.

We were in town for a long weekend visiting family. Location was great! It was so delightful to drop our bags in our room, change into swim suits wall a few feet to the beach and plop ourselves down in beach chairs already set up for us. The condo was fantastic. Beautiful space, friendly people, nice workout room, and the beach! Relaxing on the beach with our family was the best!
