Condo was nice, had no a/c this first 2 days we we here. Luckily it was not middle of summer and we had a descent breeze with the doors open. The view is beautiful and condo is convenient to the best parts of Destin.

Overall it's a good place to stay with your family. It was very clean and easy access to beach. The only downside was that the fan and light switch were not separate so we could not turn off the light in master suite without also turning off the fan (no extra blankets either)

Gorgeous view from inside condo and on unit balcony with super easy access to clean beach and pool. Noise was loud from road in bunk bed bedroom mostly weekend nights, and in master bedroom/living room from pool until closing time at 10pm; so bring noise machine if you need quiet earlier than that. Kitchen was perfectly equipped for eating meals in and many restaurants a short drive for eating out. Owner was super responsive when I had questions. Overall a great place to stay!
