Welcome to our bright, beautiful, and recently remodeled large 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the beach in Destin! Sterling Sands 213 sits on the second floor, giving you incredible ocean views the moment you walk in — from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and even the master bedroom.
If you’re looking for easy beach access, plenty of space, and a clean, modern place to relax, this is the perfect place for your family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was simple, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Rick was great with communication! We enjoyed our stay and the listing was very accurate. The condo was as expected, well maintained and clean. Only thing that could have been better was the number of necessities provided: toilet paper, paper towel, hand/bath soap, sponge, and garbage bags. Coming from the west coast and not driving we didn't have any of these items with us, so it took us a couple of inconvenient trips to Walmart to stock up. Not many of these items were left especially not for a family of 5 and for a 7-night stay (e.g. 2 garbage bags, a few rolls of TP, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 paper towel rolls). We also didn't know we had to buy our own beach towels. Otherwise, the condo was nice, close to the beach, and very relaxing!

As advertised. Unit was very clean, with a great location and view. Having a garage parking spot was very nice to walk to a cool car. Our host Rick responded promptly on any questions we had, and everything needed to go through out the property was there waiting for us upon arriving. Great week.
