There is nothing like vacationing beachfront on the Gulf of America, so spoil yourself and head to Destin's powder-white sand! There will be no delay in feeling comfortable and right at home here at Sterling Sands 710, as you will be greeted by a bright interior, fun coastal decor in each room, and access to your gorgeous balcony overlooking the turquoise waters below. After sipping a morning coffee in the salty air, slip into your favorite bathing suit and check out the shared pool to tan. Or, you can easily walk a few steps to the warm sand and bring a picnic for lunch by the crashing waves. Each night, the group's chef can whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen as the gang kicks back on the living area sofa. Don't forget to watch a favorite movie on the TV before hitting the hay!
Things to Know
There is a $15 per person amenity fee that must be paid via a registration link that will be supplied upon booking. This fee grants access to the pool and private beach.
Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through our onsite provider, Sun, Sand & Sea. Located in the beach shack onsite.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was amazing !! It was modern yet coastal cozy. The master bath felt like you were at a spa ! And everything that we needed to have an amazing week was provided. The view of the beach from everywhere in the condo was spectacular !You can listen to the waves from your bed ! I can’t say enough about the beauty of this beach front condo. We’ll be back !!

This place exceeded expectations! Wow, what an incredible stay! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach. We were in awe of the scenic views every morning, absolutely breathtaking. Everything was so well thought out, from the stylish decor to the top-notch amenities and utilities. The space felt incredibly comfortable, warm, and inviting. It was a peaceful experience we didn’t want to leave. It had such a welcoming and cozy feeling that instantly made us feel at home. You truly created a space that feels like a luxurious home away from home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, we can’t wait to come back!

This condo has everything you need with lots of extras. Beautiful lighting and spacious bathrooms. The decor says beach from the minute you open the door. It was a great vacation because of the care that is given to this home. We absolutely plan to come again.

Wow, this has to be the best Destin condo to rent! The location is absolutely perfect! Sterling Sands 710 is an easy walk to Jacks Porch for drinks, dinner, appetizers and fun people! What a stunning, powder white private beach! And because Sterling Sands is a smaller building, there are far fewer people on the sand than the big buildings! Many of the guests we were talking with have rented this same building every year for many years, and we can see why! The sand is powder white and so clean, and the water is totally clear and turquoise! The views from the full width, large balcony are literally 180 degrees of nothing but sand and water! Unit 710 is newer than most of the buildings in the area. It is spacious and wide, with a great open floor plan that is great for our group of 6! Sterling Sands 710 just feels welcoming and friendly. We loved the covered parking to keep our car cool in the sun and dry in the afternoon rain, and the sparkling pool, hot tub, on-site fitness center and BBQ Grill area are all so wonderful! This property has Security and the beach is private - guests have wristbands, and the property is gated from the beach! Amusements, Liquor and Food choices are all right by and they even sell Shave Ice on the property! We found our new favorite Destin vacation resort!
