Nearby amenities: 6 km from downtown Talloires and the lake, 20 minutes from Annecy.
3 accommodations to welcome you: Le Fenil (4/5-person apartment), Le Mazot (2/4-person chalet), and Le Solaret (2/4-person apartment—accessible for people with limited mobility). I live on-site and am here to assist you.
A place driven by an eco-construction project and a “fruit and herb” farm, centered on sharing, simplicity, and respect for the environment.

Le Mazot is a small, standalone chalet for 2 to 4 people. Traditionally, every farm had a small “Mazot” built next to the main chalet to store grain, clothing, and the family’s valuables to keep them safe in case of fire.
Completely renovated using eco-friendly materials (insulated with straw!), it is very comfortable and bright. The first floor features a living area with a private terrace overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet; upstairs, a large open-concept bedroom (with a double bed and a sofa bed).

Available for self-service on-site: board games, stone grill, raclette set... etc
Cleanliness:
- The property must be left clean on the day of departure - OR - you can pay a cleaning fee (see house rules)
- Between each guest, the property is systematically disinfected and essential oils are diffused...
Minimum 2-night stay during the off-season, minimum 4 or 5 nights during the season. No requirement to stay from Saturday to Saturday... avoid traffic jams! ;)

Le Mazot has a great view!Pleasant reception from Delphine. Cabin is high up overlooking the lake. Peaceful location without being far from amenities.Had a back to nature feel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I’m conflicted as to whether I’d stay again. Positives are location - it’s easy to find and close to the most scenic side of Lake Annecy, well stocked kitchen, modern bathroom. But negatives include an off-putting and chaotic garden/other areas of the property. There are literally piles of metal, wood, old furniture everywhere. Some of the furniture needs replacing in the chalet - particularly the sofas (uncomfortable) and bed/bedding. Lots of bits around that felt like they hadn’t been washed in a long time (like the sofa throws). Overall the chalet is nice, but could be so much better with some inexpensive improvements.

We spent a very nice time with our family and our dog. The Chalet is comfortable and the view from the terrace ist really great. Celine ist very friendly and she likes dogs, so this is a good place for holidays with dogs.
