Location is fantastic

If ever a place needed a refurbishment to refresh its appeal it is here. Only a fold down bed (very soft) and nowhere comfortable to sit inside

Location on the lake with own access and pier. Nice room with garden and furniture to eat/sit outside. Friendly host. Great lake view, clean and warm water in June already. Lot of activities available in area.

Heavy traffic in Annecy, avoid rush hours when driving in/out.

A lovely peaceful apartment

Great location with beautiful mountain views, peaceful and quiet, lakeside. Pleasant gardens. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Fantastic local boulangerie. Good bus service from Annecy. Walks from the village and near cycle route.

Nothing really problematic. Our shower could do with updating but did work well after some fiddling. Be aware that the local SPAR closes on Mondays and out of peak season the restaurants may not be open, so bring supplies for the first evening just in case I'm TV TV TV

Nous avons ete accueilli par Indra qui est une personne tres agréable et disponible. Le logement est tres bien situé, et l accès au lac est tres appréciable. La literie est confortable et l essentiel y est (machine a laver, séchoir, produits, café, sac poubelle....) Nous reviendrons ! :)

TOUT!! l emplacement,l appartement très bien agencé !le calme,les commerces de proximité. Le chauffage au sol qui est extraordinaire car au vue des températures négatives nous n avons jamais eu froids. Pour toutes questions Indra est toujours disponible,gentille et n hésite pas à nous donner des choses à faire dans le coin.

Bellissima casa in riva al lago!

Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo, bellissima la posizione fronte lago con spazio esterno a disposizione da utilizzare nelle belle giornate. La casa non è molto grande ma perfetta per due persone dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie (anche se per pochi giorni non ho utilizzato) a disposizione cialde per il caffè, Zucchero, the e il necessario per cucinare. Sebastiano è stato molto disponibile permettendoci di fare il check in in anticipo dato che la casa era già pronta, la signora Indra è stata molto gentile.

Tutto perfetto!
