La Champanaise - 2 bedroom apartment 300m from Lake Annecy

The location was great - tucked away at the back of a residential development with a balcony at the rear, but only minutes from the lake, shops, restaurants etc. There was a parking space in the cool garage, lifts all the way up which was great for luggage, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, couldn’t have asked for more. We were very glad we stayed here and not in Annecy itself as although stunning, we got away from the hustle and bustle. Annecy however was only a short bus ride away on a great bus service.

Nothing really - it was extremely hot and there was no air con, but we knew this before booking. Fans were provided however.

uitzicht, balkon kijkt uit op berg. En appartement is redelijk donker doordat er maar 1 dakraam in de living is en 1 openslaande deur naar balkon. Maar balkon heeft maar paar uurtjes zon.

Appartement tout confort, très bien équipé, dans un quartier calme, parfait pour une famille

L’insonorisation entre les différentes pièces pourrait être améliorée.

Die Lage. Nah am See und an einem leckeren Bäcker, sowie am Fahrradverleih.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienwohnhaus. Dort fühlten wir uns als Touristen nicht sehr willkommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte für uns nicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber sie war nur mittelmäßig sauber und manches war kaputt, z. B. lag der Toilettensitz nur lose auf.
