The apartment is located in a small town on the western shore of Lake Annecy, 9.5 km from the city of Annecy. Quiet environment, 4 minutes drive from the shops. 2 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Jorioz. It is very easy to move by bike in the village and around the lake.

Grocery store, mini-market, bakery, tobacconist, newspaper, post office, tourist office in the center of the town.
Every Thursday there is a small market with regional products.
30 min from the ski resort of Semnoz which offers in winter all the activities related to snow for the whole family.
