About this chalet rental

ANNECY / TALLOIRES Splendid house overlooking the lake
Beautiful Savoyard house with superb view of the lake.
Comfortable 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. All comfort. Ideal for
holidays or in the off-season.
Typical Savoyard house clinging to the side of the Tournette
with a dominant and breathtaking view of the entire lake
of Annecy. A real haven of peace completely renovated,
spacious and functional on 2 levels. This old
residence located in the heart of the hamlet of Rovagny combines lake
and mountain. Close to the departures of hikes in
mountain. Five minutes from the bay of Talloires "the Pearl of the Lake".
In winter, small family ski resort in Montmin (2.5 kms from the
house) and 25 minutes from La Cluzaz and Le Grand Bornand.
For information, 70 euros extra cleaning fee to be given in cash on arrival.
