Ideally located on the eastern shore of the lake, less than 20 minutes walk from the bay of Talloires and Lake Annecy, just above the paragliding landing area.
Access to the cycle path is 300 m from the apartment.
15 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz by car.

That's why we count on your respect for the premises and the equipment: clean the appliances with the microfibers provided for this purpose, do not walk on the carpet with your shoes, do not hit the vacuum cleaner in all the complaints and corners of the walls...
