The residence enjoys privileged access to the lake thanks to its private beach, ideal for your summer swims or relaxing moments by the water. There are also two restaurants on site: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water-ski are all accessible directly from the residence.
The flat is bright and airy, with an east-facing balcony offering ideal morning sunshine and views of the lake, mountains and Château de Duingt.

- TV lounge with quality sofa bed (140x190 cm).
- Separate WC with washbasin.
7 m² balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy a unique view.
First floor:
- Bedroom: two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together, storage cupboards.
- Bathroom with bath and glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes) : Eglise" bus stop
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
