The Cocoonr agency offers you this 36 m² 1-bedroom apartment for rent, ideally located on the 1st floor of the tourist residence La Baie des Voiles in Duingt, right on the shores of Lake Annecy.
With its east-facing balcony and breathtaking view of the lake, the mountains, and the Château de Duingt, this accommodation is perfect for an unforgettable stay in Haute-Savoie.
The accommodation :
Located in a recent and unique residence set directly on the lake, with privileged access to a private beach, the apartment is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- Lounge corner with sofa bed (140x190 cm) serving as additional bedding
- Fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, Dolce Gusto coffee machine…
- Dining table for 4 people
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together, with storage cupboards
Bathroom:
- Bathtub with glass shower screen
- Sink, hairdryer
Separate WC
Exterior:
- 7 m² balcony with an unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains
Nearby
- Ideally located in a quiet residence with direct lake access in Duingt. Two restaurants are available on site: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round).
- Lakeside cycle path just 2 minutes away by bike
- Shops (bakery, grocery store, supermarket…) within 5 minutes’ walking distance
Activities :
Go hiking in the Semnoz mountains, cycle along the shores of the lake, enjoy water sports (wakeboarding, private boat outings…), explore local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Eco-Museum…), take to the skies with a paragliding flight, or wander through Annecy’s charming old town. Food lovers can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences with our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All your activities and additional services can be arranged by our local partner, an expert in personalized stays.
Transport :
- Regular bus lines SIBRA Y51 and 15, with a stop located near the apartment (“Église”), allow easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 15 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about 45 minutes away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
If you come by car, a private residents’ parking lot is available. However, spaces are not assigned.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and loud disturbances are strictly prohibited
- High-quality hotel-grade bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. - Tea towels and bath mats are also available.
