We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious appartment, situated in the quiet village of Entrevernes, close to Lake Annecy (5 km from the lake shore). The surroundings are excellent for walking and cycling and in the area around the lake a variety of activities are offered (parasailing, ballooning, etc.). The appartment is well equipped, all made sure by the owner Pascal, who is also a very friendly person. Furthermore, we also had the pleasure of being accompanied by his dog Lucky, even on the walks in the area. Definitely worth while staying there again!

There is not much to say, the rooms were clean and nice, it was in the middle of beautiful mountains, only 15-20 minute drive to annecy center and with an Aldi close to it. Another highlight was “Lucky“ the friendly and lovely dog that was always there. We loved it and we will go there again!

Lovely property in idyllic mountain setting

The property was everything we had hoped for - comfortable, clean and well situated. The location is beautiful - the cool mountain air and sound of cowbells was a lovely antidote to the hot summer days round the lake. The scenery is breathtaking and there are walks and cycle rides right on the doorstep. Pascal and his family were extremely kind and welcoming hosts; nothing was too much trouble and we felt privileged to be part of the Entrevernes community even for a short time. Lucky the dog is a fantastic character whose adventures with other dogs and cats we followed closely during our evening strolls. Would highly recommend to all who enjoy the outdoors life!

The three of us, my partner and son Cammy (14 yrs old) stayed here for 10 days. The location is just spectacular , a typical rural mountain setting in France, very beautiful and peacful, stunning scenery and some lovely local walks. The appartment was well set out, everything we needed , it was clean and homely, it could easily sleep 4 people , two in each room. Pascall and his family are very welcoming, we can only speak a little French but Pascal and his family all make the effort to communicate , and when we got into difficulties , he used his translation app on his I-pad, very useful. Pascall checked on us every day, and Lucky (Chance) his dog even more regularly .. we became good friends with Lucky!. I do a lot of cycling , the accomodation is really well placed for access to the lake and the cycle path , and many of the major cols around the area, I did the etape du tour when we were there and it was perfectly located for this. There is a 5k climb from the cycle route in the valley up to Entrevernes about 7-9% , so you need to make sure you leave some energy for the climb on the way back . We will definitely return and stay here again , and I will be recommending this place to my friends and fellow cyclists alike.

We hebben met het gezin hier een fantastische week doorgebracht in dit schitterende nieuwe appartement van Pascal. Het appartement is van alle comfort voorzien en ligt in een klein dorp 5 km van het meer van Annecy. van hieruit kan je prachtige wandelingen en fietstochten maken. Een week hier verblijven was voor ons te kort om alle pracht van de omgeving te zien, we komen dan ook zeker nog een x terug naar dit appartement . Voor 4 personen is dit appartement zeer ruim opgezet. Er is een mooie eetkeuken waar je ruim kan zitten en de slaapkamer is prima met een fantastisch uitzicht, de woonkamer is prima en kan als tweede slaapkamer worden gebruikt. Nu hebben wij alleen maar mooi weer gehad dus hebben we hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Door het mooie weer hebben we alleen maar buiten gezeten, onder een afdak welke vol met prachtige bloemen hing. Ook waren er ligstoelen in de tuin waar we gebruik van konden maken, een heerlijke plek om bij te komen na een dagje aan het meer. Pascal kwam iedere dag even een praatje maken en we kregen ook nog groente uit eigen tuin om te eten, echt top. Voor Pascal waren wij zijn eerste gasten en ik moet zeggen, hij is een goede gastheer. Hulpvaardig en meedenken daar waar nodig. Wij kunnen alleen maar concluderen dat het een top plek is om je vakantie door te brengen. Gr Erwin de Roo

Endroit très calme au milieu des alpages avec les vaches et les chèvres. Chemins de rando à proximité avec le chien de Pascal pour vous accompagner. Accueil du propriétaire parfait. Près à revenir séjourner dans cette belle région.

Localisation idéale, loin de la foule du bord du lac, belles promenades au départ du logement. On a adoré notre séjour. Pascal et Lucky ont vraiment contribué à ce qu'on s'y sente bien. Vivement qu'on y retourne!

nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques et reposante. pascal nous a accueilli simplement mais humainement. pascal est un hôte très à l'écoute, très gentil et toujours présent pour vous donner des conseils sur des sites à découvrir. son chien lucky est aussi très gentil et toujours là pour vous accompagner lors de balade à proximité. la location est idéalement placé entre montagne lac et ville. cela nous as permis de nous reposer et de nous reconnecter avec la nature si dominante dans cette région. en bref des vacances extra dans un logement extra avec un hôte super sympa! je recommande vivement ! encore merci à vous pascal nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sa connaissance de la région est appréciable que ce soit en terme de terroir ou de randonnée. Son compagnon, Lucky, vous y accompagnera volontiers sur des sentiers qu'il connaît bien également. Séjour familial dans un beau gîte, très agréable, propre et bien équipé (nous nous sommes sentis chez nous). Le cadre magnifique dans un village pittoresque et boisé est idéal pour se balader, se reposer, se ressourcer… Pascal, un propriétaire très sympathique et discret, nous a accueillis avec son énorme gentillesse, toujours aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable. On remarque de suite que ce qui prime c’est l’échange et le partage. Séjour aux inoubliables moments, une adresse à retenir et surtout à recommander !

Nous avons été parfaitement reçus et acceuillis. Nous y avons passé cinq jours. Un emplacement de rêve au pied des montagnes, à quelques pas seulement du lac d'Annecy. Un petit nid douillet dans un cadre magnifique! Nous y retournerons!

Un gîte super dans un environnement très agréable. Le propriétaire, Pascal ainsi que sa famille ont tout fait pour que nous passions le passage a l'année 2019 au top. Un petit livre d'or dans l'entrée dans lequel Pascal a noté toutes les balades et activités a faire dans le coin est un gros plus sympathique. Le gîte étant refait a neuf est décoré avec goût. Je recommande vivement, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis !

Nous avons passé un super séjour tout prêt d’Annecy dans une maison rénovée, la maison est très bien équipée et agencée! C’est un bel endroit pour passé du bon temps entres amis. La vue est imprenable. Mes amis et moi recommandons cet endroit même avec un petit en bas âge, le jardin est beau et le soir on peut y admirer les étoiles dans la plus grande tranquillité. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique. En un seul mot : foncez !

On savait que la région était belle et les produits excellents mais l'acceuil a été en plus très chaleureux avec un Pascal aux petits soins avec ses hotes (toujours à la.écoute et même prêt à faire la belote un soir d'orage ) Gîte tout neuf dans un cadre exceptionnel , on ne peut que conseiller d'y venir ou d'y revenir. Nichée dans la montagne à seulement 6 Km du lac d Annecy. Ce petit coin de paradis vaut vraiment la peine qu'on s y arrête. Belle maison, très bien entretenue. Nous tenons à remercier Mr corboz et son frère pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leurs bons conseils,leur écoute... Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Louée du 19 au 26/08/2017

Beau gîte neuf et bien aménagé dans un environnement paisible et qui invite à faire de belles randonnées. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son sens de l'hospitalité.
