A beautiful 6 bedroom period house spread across 3 floors with total privacy, modern decor, landscaped gardens, ideal for outdoor living & entertainment - including hot tub, sauna, large gas BBQ, games room, outdoor ping pong table, sun loungers and breakaway seating areas. Beautifully situated in the fashionable area of Caldy, near West Kirby with viewsn across the Wirral Peninsula, the gardens back onto a private entrance to the Woodlands of Caldy Hill. A short walk to the beach and restaurants - this house and area has it all! Perfect for a 5* UK holiday.. 2 Bedroom cottage on grounds sometimes available for add on rental POA.

Bathrooms: 4 elegant bathrooms with 3 ensuite plus one further downstairs WC. All with soap, shampoo & heated towel rails. Showers have shelving for personal toiletries and feature shower and a hose showering. 2 bathrooms have baths
Towels are absorbent, fluffy cotton (hand towels are coloured/patterns)
