The staff was very helpful

The facility seemed abandoned, the heating of the rooms wasn't efficient, we struggled to get ourselves warm. Never seen a place I'm limited on towels etc..... the other things were too basic

It seems to have changed name to La Palourdes. Restaurant was not open for evening meal or breakfast but this may have been due to the time of the year, early October and midweek.

It was obvious that a pared down system is in operation. Loo paper was a pile of sheets on the floor. The foyer toiler

It has obviously seen better days. There is no pool available. It clearly hasn’t been in use for a long time. The liner is hanging down and there is no water in it (obviously! ) 😊

There is one member of staff only - very pleasant - only speaks French. Relies on an app to communicate. I hope he is well paid.

A very basic place in need of refurbishment.

i liked the location of the hotel .

There was no ceiling light and one of the bedside lights did not switch on. (spare bulb did not solve the problem) The bathroom's hot water was tepid. No bath towels provided just small ones. Stuck decorations on the tiles were peeling. The toilet flusher was loose. The beds were not made for our second night there. No lift and no offer to take the luggage up.

Donc ma réservation été annulable 48h avant mon arrivée bref le dimanche c'était payent booking les a contactez il ont j'aimais répondu a booking le messieurs au téléphone été très très désagréable limite on le déranger en ma promis un avoir que j'ai jamais eu et en plus il sont prélever sur mon compte plus qui le fallait c'est un escro

L'emplacement le long des bords de Loire est très jolie le stationnement y est facile. Malheureusement ce sont les seuls choses positives de cette établissement

La location avait été faite une semaine à l'avance environ le gérant de l'établissement m'a laissé un sms une demi-heure avant notre arrivée pour savoir à quel moment nous y serons... Arrivé sur site nous avons été surpris par l'état de délabrement du bâtiment, L'accueil a été froid que ce soit du point de vue personnel ou du point de vue des bâtiments. L'établissement est donc vétuste et les chambres aussi nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre à malheureux radiateur électrique était allumé il faisait un froid glacial l'ancienne cheminée était grande ouverte et toute la chaleur passer par le conduit. La salle de bain dans le même état que le reste de l'établissement était aussi équipé d'un vieux radiateur qui ne chauffe pas !!!! Pour couronner le tout l'absence totale d'eau chaude !!!

Accueil très sympathique, bâtiment assez joli, décoration de l'entrée assez agréable, vétuste mais très propre. On sent que des efforts on été fait pour améliorer les lieux.

La TV a arrêté de fonctionner dès le changement de chaîne. Radiateurs pas très adapés à la taille de la chambre que j'avais. Il faisait soit trop chaud, soit trop froid.

Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner. Partis très tôt. (7 h) personne à l'accueil

Présent dans l'hôtel avec deux membres de notre famille qui ont été très déçus de leur chambre. froide. Ils n'ont pas pu contrairement à nous prendre de douche. _PAS D'EAU CHAUDE. Confirmé par d'autres clients. Pas nous. Eau Brulante. Nous étions très génés car c'est nous qui leur avions indiqué cet hôtel.

pour 11 euros que de l'"éco+ " avec un croissant, un bout de pain plus bas de gamme et un yahourt premier prix. Café cafetière et jus d'orange. Banane et pomme si l'on veut.

Très vétuste, odeurs, douche avec pommeau à changer, eau chaude après 5mn ( chambre à l'étage ) chaise sur balcon cassée et literie très moyenne.

A rénover, mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, l'accueil à toute heure, la gentillesse de la personne qui semble s'occuper de tout, le confort du lit correct.

Nous n'avons pas aimé : l'état des locaux (moquette qui sent mauvais, murs abîmés et surtout la salle d'eau vétuste, hors d'âge qui est bonne à refaire complètement. Le petit déjeuner : tout était sur la table y compris des yaourts dont un dont la date de péremption était passée - n'auraient ils pas dû attendre dans une vitrine réfrigérées ? S'ils sont sortis tous les matins, ça pose problème. Viennoiseries à l'évidence de la veille au moins. Jus d'orange de supermarché (bouteille posée sur la table). Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation : 100 euros de chambre + 12,5 par personne pour le petit déjeuner. Pour nous cela vaut 70 euros tout compris.

Il y avait des trous dans les murs la prise de luminaire était dénudé il y avait même une peau de banane collée dessus le ménage laissé à revoir l'état et sol décevant mauvaise odeur et désagréable dans la salle de bain avait 20 ans juste assis les ressort touchés par terre je ne le conseille à personne. Je l'ai signalé à la personne à l'accueil je ne sais pas si c'est le patron moins gérant mais il était tout étonné de l'état de la chambre il est venu vérifier il a pu constater mes déception. A FUIRE il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer pour qu'il reste sur la carte.
