A little gem during heatwave.

Exceptionally warm welcome from delightful young man.He showed us the room and helped us physically to enter.He needs to be commended. Room cool,clean and comfortable. Breakfast served in light and airy room with big windows out to garden and swimming pool.Very well presented,copious and delicious. Hotel some way out from centre ,but handy for hypermarket opposite to source picnic for our evening meal. Easy,secure parking.

With no restaurant facilities for evening meal some form of snack facility should be available e.g. machine dispenser. Otherwise inform customers no restaurant or snack facilities so they can stop for meal before arrival.

Great value hotel with friendly, helpful staff

Excellent staff who we're very friendly and helpful .The buffet breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was very welcome during an intense heatwave.Great value for money too

The hotel is situated on a business park a couple of miles out of Gien but otherwise would recommend.

Lovely staff and very bicycle friendly.

We are traveling by bicycle and they kindly stored our bike in an empty conference room. They also washed all of our biking gear for us. Some nice!

The only problem with the hotel is its location quite far out of town.

Comfortable room and usual facilities provided so ok for a stop over on route for business. Good breakfast selection

I was advised there was no car park, yet there was a large one. We left car where friends staying and managed to get taxi to hotel 7 min taxi ride away,This would have been fine if able to get taxi's back to town but none would come and as we were meeting friends back in town we had to have a 44 min walk across fields and lanes. This would not have been accessible for many. The receptionist on duty tried to sort but wasn't a very good problem solver or very apologetic for poor advise re car park. Also the bar was not available and restaurants around were a bit lacking.

Unfortunately there's hardly any soundproofing, so I was woken up quite early. The doors slam, conversations carry, and I could hear the noise from the breakfast area all the way upstairs.

La signora della reception mi ha aspettato fino alle 23.30. Molto gentile in quanto chiudeva alle 22. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno con cancello che si chiude alle 22 quindi più che sicuro .

Pas mal mais pas fou

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre lorsque nous sommes arrivés et ensuite lorsque le veilleur de nuit s’est déplacé et qu’il nous a expliqué que le thermostat était à l’envers, nous avons chauffé mais pas très chaud lorsque nous sommes revenue de dîner. Une seule petite serviette de bain et le linge de toilette a bien vécu.

L’agent d’accueil le soir qui ment (et cela n’est pas la première fois) ! Celui-ci affirme ne plus avoir de chambres de libres car il a accueilli un car de 50 personnes. Bizarrement il y en a encore de disponibles sur Booking. Je réserve donc sur ce site. J’ai donc réussi à avoir deux chambres dessus. Le lendemain matin, en discutant avec l’employé du petit déjeuner, il n’y a jamais eu de car de 50 personnes. Et cela n’est pas la première fois que l’agent d’accueil ment sur la disponibilité ou non de chambre. Ne vous présentez jamais directement à l’accueil pour savoir si il y a de la disponibilité ou non. Réservez sur le site d’ibis ou Booking (attention, l’agent ferme très tôt les réservations sur le site d’Ibis et moins sur Booking) Une des chambres que nous avions eu avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le côté positif c’est que la literie est confortable.

Le 6 est uniquement parce que le personnel est parfait, sans quoi ma note serait encore plus basse.

La gentillesse du personnel, toujours tout sourire et le très bon travail du personnel d’étage. La propreté est exemplaire.

Le poussoir de la chasse d’eau des toilettes est cassé et a visiblement déjà été signalé à plusieurs reprises. La fixation du papier toilette, comme le cache est cassé ou absent. Le papier toilette est posé sur une simple ”tige” de plastique. C’est peu pratique et pas du tout esthétique. Le papier toilette est tellement fin, qu’ils pourraient s’en servir à Brugges pour faire de la dentelle.... Je pense que même dans les formule un ou les hôpitaux, ils ont du papier plus doux et plus épais, où le risque d’avoir un instant Nutella, est moins grand en cas de grosse commission.... Et enfin et surtout pour l’infrastructure, les joints du carrelage de baignoire douche présente des moisissures. Je terminerai par l’insonorisation complètement à revoir. Au premier étage, on entend la réception ! ! ! Dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille est indispensable. Heureusement, la nuit, la réception est fermée. Finalement, l’absence d’ascenseur est anodine en rapport avec ces problèmes de bruit. J’ai quelques fois nettement mieux loger dans des ibis budget..... ! C’est dommage, parce que le personnel fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable, mais c’est gâché par des infrastructures ( surtout au niveau toilettes et salle de bain) défectueuses. Habitué aux IBIS souvent rouges, mais également styles et budget, je sais donc à quoi je peux m’attendre en logeant dans vos établissements, et c’est habituellement très positif. Sauf ici, je sais clairement, que je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement..... Dommage. Je suis d’autant plus navré que tout le personnel ne mérite pas une note aussi sévère.

Nous avons été très bien dans cet hôtel calme et bien situé, mon épouse handicapée et moi. Question propreté : impeccable. Grande salle de bain commode (douche à l'italienne). Petit déjeuner excellent, personnel charmant.
