It bit tired

Good location with parking

We were not able to check in until 4pm and due to a technical problem we didn’t have a key to our room so had to be back by 9pm so the receptionist could let us in. Sadly we would not recommend this hotel.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice hotel in the perfect location.

Nice hotel on the bank of the Loire river. Rustic, authentic French charm. Pleasant staff and very clean.

We visited during an exceptional heatwave and there was only a small fan in the room. It was like sleeping in an airfryer. Also, no lift to the upper floors.

The shower didn't have a holder for the shower head. Bar didn't have any beer. There is no soap in the bathroom. No food in the evening.

the rooms were large and had a choice of 2 bathrooms in a room for 3 people! beautiful waterfront views!!!

I had to sleep on the sofa bed-as I was sharing with friends . it was very uncomfortable- a very thin mattress with the bars on the bed poking through or the mesh being collapsed in other places!

It’s an old fashioned hotel so slightly run down but staff were friendly . The bar and lounge is a lovely room

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and a coffee pot to pour from (as well as pods for making your own). We enjoyed the staff, especially the gentleman that works there (forgot his name). Situated on the Loire River with nice views.

Lounge was really warm--could have used some fans to help move air around (it was during a rather unseasonably warm week so not too negative).

Great location, terrible hotel.

Location and view of the river

Room was meant to be Deluxe double. The room was so small that there was only one bedside table, and on a very hot day it was impossible to open the inner large window by more than a few inches because it hit the bed . Therefore no chance of a breeze , which was vital because the air con WAS NOT WORKING. Almost impossible to sleep. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Third floor, no lift, no concierge! The breakfast at £11 each was poor, the buffet ran out of coffee, croissants, ham, etc. and this was at 8.30!Nobody seemed to have responsibility for checking supplies. There was peeling paint in corridors and bathroom., and the parking area looked unkempt. What this place needs is a manager who takes pride in his hotel. We did not stay for the second night booked

The staff were helpful, and gave us a better room when there was a problem with our first room. The breakfast was very nice.

Their is no lift, so carrying heavy suitcases up to the third floor round a narrow staircase is not nice.

un bel hôtel ancien, aux chambres entièrement rénovées mais gardant tout son charme, très calme, idéalement situé au bord de la Loire et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. L'accueil est attentionné et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est soigné, avec des produits frais et un service impeccable. Merci!

Heerlijk geslapen aan de voorkant met uitzicht op de Loire. Fijne bedden een nette kamer. Prima verzorgd ontbijt.

De douche in de badkamer was stuk. De houder aan de douche stang was lam, waardoor alleen een handdouche beschkbaar was.

réfections, modernisation nécessaires,pour l' ensemble de l' immeuble et certaines chambres,à rafraichir . Installation d' un ascenseur est indispensable malgré l' aide du sympathique personnel pour le transport des bagages
