The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

Is a nice hotel in a beautiful place. Really useful. We had dogs we had a nice welcome. The Loira river really close to the hotel made us really happy. Sanotel is clean with a parking inside. Just need little bit to be renew in the rooms. But is OK.
