Prijs-kwaliteit prima in orde.

Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende. De zelfgemaakte confituur was heel lekker. Verder nog diverse soorten brood, hardgekookte (koude) eitjes, yoghurt en ontbijtgranen. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en de accommodatie is rustig gelegen maar toch vlak bij het stadscentrum.

De krakende vloer van de bovenburen.

Le gîte est situé à 5minutes à pied du centre ville, du château et des nombreux restaurants. Nous avons tout apprécié : l'accueil, le confort, le petit déjeuner et les conseils donnés sur les restaurants.sejour au calme, agréable et reposant.

Teresa a été très accueillante, et le cadre du jardin est vraiment superbe.

Accueil sympathique et bienveillant de Teresa, la propriétaire, très disponible, qui nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants, la boulangerie, et les bâtiments à visiter sur Gien. Maison idéalement située, au calme, et proche du centre de Gien, accessible en traversant le pont enjambant la Loire. Jardin reposant et belle terrasse pour terminer la soirée ou prendre le petit déjeuner complet proposé par Teresa. Parking clos idéal pour une voiture et aussi des vélos.

Très correct pour une personne très alerte

Très bel accueil , parking intérieur très appréciable , emplacement parfait au calme . Le rdc et la terrasse sont parfaits , l’étage avec un escalier très raid et très étroit est très mansardé sous combles , la salle de bain commune est grande mais la cabine de douche est très exiguë et le Wc délicat d’accès .

Rien de grave mais l’accès de l’étage à des personnes peu alertes est à déconseiller , l’escalier est même dangereux

Juste parfait !

Notre hôte, nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et tout sa gentillesse. Elle nous a fait visiter la maison et expliqué le fonctionnement pour une location en chambre d'hôtes. Les lits était confortable, les draps doux, les sanitaires et la maison étaient propre. Le petit déjeuner est fait maison et varié (gâteaux, œufs dur, confiture, pains, lait, thé, cafe, ....) Nous n'avions pas prévu de repas pour le soir. Elle nous a conseillé les restaurants à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Le logement est situé au calme. La voiture est garée à l'abri dans une cours (attention aux voitures basses) Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et espérons repasser par gien pour y retourner. MERCI.
