Home Farmhouse is a superb, detached farmhouse resting in Graythwaite, near to Hawkshead, in the Lake District. Hosting four bedrooms comprising a king-size and two twins all featuring en-suite bathrooms, a double with en-suite shower room in the ground-floor annexe, sleeping eight guests in total. The property is completed by a ground-floor bathroom, kitchen/diner, utility, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for ten cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue, a shared indoor swimming pool, hot tub and shower facilities and 5000-acres of grounds with a children's play area and unfenced fishing lake. Home Farmhouse is the perfect choice for your next family holiday to the Lakes.

Travel cot and highchair available on request. Private parking for 10 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Please Note: Minimum 3 night stay.
