We had a lovely four night stay the pod was very clean and stylish. The food and service at the pub was brilliant.
The information book in the pod was very helpful we did try out the walks planned from the pod. There was an iron hairdryer washing up liquid toaster microwave everything you might need.
It didn't spoil the holiday but could have done with some drawers/storage for our clothes
We had to live out for our suitcase
The pods had a car parking space but I feel it would be better if the spaces could be reserved. We had been out for the day came back no spaces left nobodys fault the pub was busy and no signs up so customers parked up where they could. There is nowhere near by to park if the car park is full

Perfect for a couple with one dog. We had our own breakfast at the pod as it had good basic facilities like a microwave, cutlery, plates, toaster, kettle etc. Short drive to Lake Windemere and other towns/villages. Brown Horse pub is fantastic but be sure to book ahead! Easy access via lock box. They even left some lovely shortbread for us and treats for the dog!
Shower tray leaked a little so bathroom floor always got wet (but an easy fix!)

Great location and very tidy and cosy inside.. definitely nice and warm as it was really cold outside.. so beautiful and quiet.. bed was so comfortable and had a wonderful time
