Easily the best boutique hotel we stayed at in Colombia. The value you get far exceeds the price that you pay. Luxurious, modern facilities; super clean; attentive and helpful staff. Alex at the reception desk was amazing and helped us out a lot when our travel plans changed last minute. Property is perfectly located within walking distance to all the fun, but just far enough away that it feels a little more safe/private/quiet.

Front staff as well as bellhop Carlos and breakfast attendant were all very friendly. I stayed in a king + twin bed room. King was great but twin was low like for kids and had soft mattress.
Shower can use a shelf for soap and hooks in bathroom for hanging clothes.
Great view from breakfast area.

It was pretty outdated in need of renovations. The room was pretty large for it's price with extras, but not everything worked well. The hot water had minimal pressure. The shower was just a trickle or freezing cold. The toilet could barely flush. Out is located right next to a club and the music is a bit loud until midnight. It didn't bother me, but it might be troublesome to others. The day I left the elevator was being remodeled so I walked down with my luggage from the 4th floor.
When I booked this hotel from a third party I accidentally selected 3 nights instead of 2 and since it wasn't refundable the staff wouldn't help adjust it. They weren't wrong, but they could have did something if they wanted to. Overall the hotel was a little run down, but I'll never return due to business practices that I don't personally agree with.
