La ubicación, el personal, la habitación y la limpieza.
Un primer piso que da a la carretera y al bullicio de la calle. Se escucha mucho ruido a las noches. Preferiblemente optar por una habitación que dé al interior para evitar ruidos.

O loft fica ao lado de um hotel, parece que dos mesmos donos. Peguei as chaves na recepção do hotel e me receberam muito bem. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, também tinha uma pequena estrutura de cozinha. A região é muito boa, segura e tem muitas opções de bons restaurantes. No check-out, pude deixar as malas na recepção até o horário do meu retorno.
O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar. O box não tem porta, apenas cortina, e o pessoal da limpeza deixa uns materiais no banheiro, não tem um armário para isso.

People are very nice and helpful, and also they gave us great recommendations of restaurants.
