Location, the style of the apartment, comfort and again - location! And the Host was very helpful, answered fast, gave advice. Thank you!

We heard the neighbours very well, and I suppose they also heard us. But this detail is typical for historical (read: old) building. Be ready for it!

Great modern apartment in middle of Liege

Great location in middle of centre but still in a very quiet street so no noise at night. Close to very good coffee breakfast places, and shopping centre. Private parking on premises ( you need a bit of parking /cornering skills though ; ) Alexis was very quick with replying to our messages and very kind to send all kinds of addresses for bar/restaurants and other places to go in Liege.

Water from tap is not drinkable, and unfortunately no bottle with drinking water in fridge. There was a light sewer smell ? Is it the Toilet?

The location was fabulous with patisseries, bars, restaurants extremely close by. The apartment is also next door to the Museum of Walloon Life which is well worth a visit - we spent 3 hours there and could've stayed longer. Liege is a lovely city with loads to do and see. The spatious and comfortable apartment was very well appointed to self cater if you wish.

Feel good from the moment you enter. A wonderful house with own flair, as well as the apartment! The combination between nostalgia and modern style, the many loving arrangements and combinations, the game of colors .... I can only say: so fantastic! Full of love, so wonderfully alive and yet full of harmony! I wish I could have stayed forever! 😇👌 Also fully equipped. I didn't miss anything and slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Even if close to a busy area and various construction sites, such a quiet place to relax! Highly and unrestricted Recommended !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A big thank you to Alexis and team!!! Beneden mijn verwachtingen, toch een pracht vakantie op zich.

De ligging, en de suite op zich.

Koffiezet die liep, waterkoker die stuk was en niet vervangen werd, geen verlichting boven de tafel. Alle schilderijen waren verlicht wat ok is. Echter de tafel is praktisch. De thermostaat die slecht staat afgesteld, ge moet om het uur de temperatuur corrigeren. De matras die voor mij veel te zacht is, geen pakket volgens mij. De keuken die in een suite geen air-fraier heeft. Voor deze prijsklasse mag je gerust meer verwachten. Ook het onpersoonlijke met de sleutels. Het gedoe met de waarborg. Zijn reactief in het onderhouden van dit pand, voor deze prijsklasse zou dit proactief moeten zijn!

Het is een mooi appartement middenin het centrum gelegen! Het was er erg schoon. Het bed was perfect. Eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk!

De sfeer van de woning, en hoe mooi deze is opgeknapt. Het is een hele fijne plek, goed gelegen en makkelijk bereikbaar. Blij dat wij twee nachten hadden gepland ipv 1. Een plaats om heerlijk te ontspannen.

Het bed is een beetje gammel, maar ligt lekker maar een keertje goed stoffen en schoonmaken in het hele appartement zou geen kwaad kunnen.

Понятная, легко доступная локация. Информатизации о квартире - на высоте. Хозяин замечательный. Отвечал быстро и исчерпывающе. Мы ВООБЩЕ БЕЗ ПРОБЛЕМ продлили наше пребывание (накладка с транспортом) на два часа, что позволило нам спокойно позавтракать и насладиться неспешным отъездом. Квартира в старинном здании. Все аутентично и по-домашнему. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Оригинальные элементы дизайна добавляли квартире шарм. Соседей слышно не было. Подъезд тихий и уютный. Очень легко избавляться от мусора. На кухне достаточно посуды. В комнатах коврики. Замечательный, уютный диван в гостиной. Большая ванная комната. Была стиральная машина, что для нас было очень удобным. В гостиной было много материалов с информацией для путешественников. Продуктовый магазин - в пешей доступности. Невероятное удобство - рестораны. Их было очень много в пешей доступности. Выбор - на самый изощренный вкус. В целом - удобно и по-домашнему. Остановились бы там снова.

Из-за того, что квартира - в самом центре города, утром было очень шумно на улице. Не всегда высыпались. Паркет нуждается в реставрации. В ванной необходим хоть какой-то ключ и ремонт дверной ручки. Утюг пережил себя и нуждается в достойной замене. В день заезда в ванной был неприятный запах. Потом ушел. Думаем, проблема старой канализации.

Fraai appartement op goede locatie.

Mooie locatie in centrum pal naast museum en zodra je de deur uitloopt diverse bakkers en koffietentjes waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten. Vlak bij Montagne de Bueren en de daarnaast gelegen stadsbrouwerij met fraaie binnentuin, die ook zeker een bezoek waard is. Ruim en fraai ingericht appartement, geweldige hoge plafonds. Parkeren op de binnenplaats is erg handig; als je een lange auto hebt krijg je draai niet vanaf de smalle straat. Verhuurder geeft keurig aan of je auto past. Geeft tips voor je verblijf.Hij reageert heel snel op vragen.
