If you need a very hot shower and 24C plus with a TV in your room, there is nothing you can do about this. I did not, but others may.

Good and affordable accommodation in nice environment with good connections to downtown Bonn

Haus Venusberg cannot be evaluated as a hotel for tourists. It is good accommodation offered basically for participants of church events and courses, these days also accommodating refugees from Ukraine. The breakfast was basic and sufficient, the room also basic and sufficient. Environment in Venusberg and the Haus are nice, forest and nature around. Connections to downtown by walking and bus are good, nearby there are shops and pharmacy etc.

There is no fridge or possibility to boil water in the rooms.

Good location close to UKB hospital and easy to reach. Very friendly staff.

No soap in the shower. And as more often no credit card or EC card payments possible. Only German EC card are accepted or cash. The staff was understanding. Solved the problem by sending an invoice

Nettes Städtchen und Zimmer in bester Lage!

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, sauber.

Es gibt an der Unterkunft keinen Hinweis auf die dann wirklich sehr versteckt in der hintersten Ecke des Café Central gelegenen Rezeption. Das macht die AN- und Abmeldung kompliziert und aufwendiger als nötig!

Ehrliches Zimmer für ehrlichen Preis!

Ehrliches Zimmer mit ehrlichem 1x2m Bett. Die Lage, so nahe an der Uniklinik, ist hervorragend für mich! Parklpätze gibt es auch en masse. Über das Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich nichts gefrühstückt habe: spät rein, früh raus.

Auf dem Boden um Bad war es in den Ecken dreckig.

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Bett war durch die dünne Matratze für mich nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Für mich als Gehbehinderte mit Rollator fehlte der Aufzug, aber das wusste ich und es lässt sich bautechnisch wohl nicht ändern.

Hier passt trotz exzellentem Personal das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht.

Top Personal, vom Empfang bis zur vorbildlichen Zimmerpflege sowie den hochwertigen Textilien. Das Selbe in der Kantine: aufmerksam und freundlich -besser geht es nicht!

Die Matratze war kaputt. Unterschiedliche Liegehärte und -höhe. Das Warmwasser erreichte keinesfalls mehr als 30 Grad. Das Frühstück für 10 Euro lässt sich am Besten mit Schullandheim-Niveau beschreiben. Für insgesamt 90 Euro inakzeptabel.
