Great house with a good location.

Loved the location, and the house was very well equipped and clean. Mrs Maria was an excellent and helpful host.

The garden path needs a solar light at night so you can see the path at night.

Lovely property in the middle of the town

Practical items such as beach mats are left for use. Air conditioning was welcome. Plenty of hot water. Everything worked well.

Small metal tray for heating things in the oven ( large ones are already available - so this is a very minor request).

A lovely stay in a traditional property in a beautiful area

It’s was in a good location right in the centre of cavtat old town, the property was very clean and well maintained. The host was on hand if we needed her but not intrusive at all. A welcome drink a few little gifts of fruit though the week and finally croissants as we left for our morning flight were kind, thoughtful and grateful received.

A mirror in the bedroom would of been helpful, and a couple of sharp knives in the kitchen.

We had a perfect time in Cavtat over 9 days; plenty to do but also a lovely place to chill.

Perfect location for chilling out on the rocks and swimming in crystal waters. Lovely apartment up the steps from the harbour/promenade with gorgeous view of the bay and the island beyond - really romantic with perfect sunsets over the water. The evening light was golden. Abundance of eateries, bars and restaurants right on the water's edge. Lovely host Marija who attended to all our needs and was on the end of the phone if we needed her.

We were very lucky to have quiet and respectful neighbours - the property is quite close to neighbours terraces but we didn't find this a problem at all and sat out most evenings to enjoy the sunsets. The middle level was useful if you had guests but the sofa beds were a little unstrurdy and I felt in the cooler evenings when you couldn't sit out it would have been nice to have a soft comfortable sofa to sink into. All the fittings were brand new and so it felt v. clean and bright. The kitchen and dining area was lovely - a few more dishes, sieve, knives and cooking implements would have been useful as we liked to cook - the kitchen was otherwise v. well equipped with big oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher - also v. nice to have a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom.

Everything was perfect!

We were very happy with the accommodation and the location! We were very well received by the owner and received great help with parking, our luggage, welcome drink etc. The whole area was idyllic and fabulous with many good restaurants, bars and beaches!

You have to be prepared to climb a few steps ;)

Fantastic stay in a most beautiful place. Our host was warmly welcoming, but discreet. Stunning view

The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. A short walk down the cobbled stairs to the harbour, where there are bars, restaurants, bakery and a well stocked supermarket. We have been staying in beautiful Cavtat for 20 years and this place was a real gem

The beds are very firm, which may not be to everyone's liking. If you are sharing with people, be aware there are no doors to separate the upstairs and the sofa bedroom.

Läget mitt i centrum är fantastiskt och huset var fräscht och nyrenoverat. Vi trivdes mycket bra. Värt att veta är att huset är i tre plan, men det störde inte oss. Luftkonditionering finns på alla tre våningar vilket var mycket bra.

Чудові апартаменти в історичному центрі Цавтата. Це реально класні апартаменти, в трьох рівнях. На кожному поверсі - кондиціонер. Вигляд з вікна спальні на неймовірну бухту і набережну. Апартаменти нові, другий рік після відкриття. Нові меблі, добре укомплектована кухня, зручні і великі ліжка , на 2 і 3 поверсі, два санвузли на 1 та 3 поверсі. З кухні - студії на 1 поверсі - гарний вид на бухту. Чудова та привітна господиня , пані Марія, завжди готова допомогти. Вона зустріла нас на в*їзді на міський паркінг, провела до помешкання. Оскільки апартаменти розташовані в історичній пішохідній зоні, і немає доїзду до них, місто надає 50 процентів знижки на паркування . В помешканні є все необхідне для проживання та пляжного відпочинку. Достатньо добрий інтернет. Цавтат приємно здивував. Чудове місце, гарні ресторани, пляжі на різний смак - дрібний камінь, бетонні , камянистий вхід до моря, відкриті і з соснами.. Ми відпочивали тут 10 днів , з 10 червня. Це ще не пік сезону, але море вже було дуже тепле. Є невеликий базар з морепродуктами та місцевими фруктами та овочами, в центрі. В місцевій церкві, тричі на тиждень відбуваються концерти класичної музики, гітари. В центрі , на набережній, ресторан, з зіркою Мішлен. До Дубровніка - 20 хвилин на автобусі або 30 хвилин на катері.

Сподобалось абсолютно все. Окремо хочу зазначити, що аеропорт Дубровнік знаходиться в 5 км від Цавтата. Літаки починають прилітати з 6.20 зранку і останній - в 23.40. Але це не є проблемою.
