Great location but had its downsides.

Great location, very close to the waterfront and easy to find. Good outside space and has all the amenities for a lengthy stay or short visit.

We didn’t have any hot water, and the wifi stopped working. The bathroom has damp in it which makes the apartment smell musty. The host was not very responsive.

Comfortable and well-located apartment in Cavtat

Location was fantastic..only a few steps up to the apartment from the harbour. The apartment was clean making our stay comfortable overall.

Noises from the adjoining apartment in early hours of the morning. This went on for 4 nights despite being told by landlord to stop. I wouldn't describe it as luxury....more nice than luxurious. Bed linen & duvet had stains on so needed replacing and so did pillows as they were lumpy. It was a perfectly decent place to stay and offered good value for what it was. Would recommend.

The location was perfect in the old town area - very close to the seafront and numerous restaurants. Quiet area just off the hustle and bustle. Facilities were adequate.

Light, quiet and spacious apartment but with a few hurdles that dampened our enthusiasm for the stay.

The apartment was spacious and had extra amenities, like a washing machine, dishwasher, and a sunny patio. Our host was very friendly and accommodating.

I was a little disappointed in the service. There were wet towels in the washing machine, the beds were unmade and there was no explanation for how to work the equipment (washing machine, AC, etc.) Our host answered all our questions as we attempted to use the equipment, but it made our stay more cumbersome.

Fantastic!

The apartment is located in the old town of Cavtat, in a narrow street leading up from the seafront. This is my third visit to Cavtat and I have stayed in a large hotel before. I wanted to stay in the middle of the old town as fascinated by the old buildings and tiny streets. This apartment is a hidden gem, very modern and tasteful in the midst of the old town. We had the larger one with a bedroom (very comfy king size bed) and a lounge with a sofa bed (this is best for one person). The kitchen was well equipped and had a filter coffee machine as well as a washing machine (we did use it!) There is a lovely breakfast bar which I sat at lots as had work to do and a table that seats four. There is a lovely enclosed terrace with table and chairs, which I image to be a sun trap in the summer and a smaller apartment next door. Angela was very helpful and we are looking to book again for next year.

Poor

We were very disapointed with this accomodation. The flat is very well located, nearby city center …. But the overall delivery is very low... the bed was not made when we arrived, we had to make it ourselves. Their was only one up sheet for two persons to share,no blanket … the pillows were yellow from previous people sweating during the night. Also the walls are very fine and we couldhear neighbours chatting, using the bathroom… Overall regarding the price this accomodation is very poor quality. I don’t recommend staying their.

La posizione.

Contrariamente a quanto detto sul sito la cassaforte non c'era e neanche è stata resa disponibile dopo averlo segnalato. Le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano due singoli, erano strappati e addirittura macchiati di sangue. Dopo mia richiesta sono stati sostituiti dopo 5 ore e ancora con lenzuoli singoli con una presa in giro del cliente. La luce al soffitto nella camera da letto era fulminata e non è stata controllata e sostituita.
