Bring repellent

Great location. The apartment was fine and clean.

Despite several attempts (calls and texts to number he left us) to reach the owner with a couple of questions, we finally gave up but continued getting messages from owner inquiring about our stay. We never got a response. Frustrating and disappointing in that sense. The apartment was fine though except for a mosquitoes.

Great Apartment In a Cental Location

Great central location, literally minutes away from everything. Hosts were super responsive with any communication and check in/check out was very easy. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if in the resort in the future

Apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable with good size bathroom, and separate lounge/kitchen. Early check in of 1pm was great to be able to leave in bags and explore. It's only a short walk to the harbour, restaurants and shops. We would stay again.

Great location but service disappointing.

Great location

heavy sliding glass door from bedroom into bathroom with only a small space between side of bed and door. Lack of communication with owner/management. No wifi code or any local info. Had to ask for apartment to be cleaned even then neither toilet or sink were cleaned. Bins not emptied. No comfortable loungers on patio area

Cavtat is a lovely place and would recommend to others

Great location and very central for everything Cavtat had to offer, and wee courtyard was lovely to sit in for morning breakfast, this area was kept immaculate.

Felt the property could have been cleaned inside when we were staying. Bed sheets were changed and clean towels provided which was fine, but the bathroom definitely wasnt cleaned at any stage for our entire stay ( in our opinion ). No other issues with the accommodation, well equipped with everything we needed.

no instructions re hot water switches, in australia we do not have that type of water heating system, so some instruction written down would have saved us having cold water issues at start.

Fab apartment in fab location

Fantastic location - a minutes walk to the shop, pharmacy, bus/taxi and the bars/restaurants yet very quiet. The apartment itself was spacious and has everything you could need. It also has a lovely terrace that gets the sun up to early evening. Would highly recommend it

Great place, great food, marvellous ice cream but bring high powered mosquito repellent!!

Terrace provided a great space to relax and to eat outside. Towels were replaced midweek. Help only a phone all away but there was no need. Airport transfer arranged by host was excellent too. Location perfect for us

It was perfect for us, however perhaps a bit of lighting on the way down the steps from road into the apartment would help in the evening.

Second time in Cavtat at this apartment, it is spacious with good facilities close to town.

The location was good and we had a a great terrace

The sofa was not comfortable didn’t really function well as a sofa the arms always ended up always on the floor , and mattress didn’t seem to have any give for us it was a little hard. But still loved the place. Didn’t really sit inside.

Great Apartment

Beautiful modern, comfortable and immaculately clean apartment that is well equipped with heating and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Cavtat with a lovely court yard that is peaceful and relaxing yet only 1 minutes walk to the centre where you can find local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bank. Our visit was in October when the weather can be a little unpredictable so the nice big TV with Netflix was perfect for a night in. Communication was excellent from booking to departure; Niksa is a really nice guy and a great communicator - he made sure he was there to greet us upon arrival and checked on us a couple of times to ensure we were catered for. Highly recommended.

Great location short walk to the beach, check in easy with host meeting us with keys. Apartment small but great, kitchen okay for preparing smaller meals. Bed comfortable, very clean throughout. Couch bed also comfortable to sleep on.

Great Location - Feels like Home

Great location, just a short walk to the harbor, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is ideal for making light meals at home and we enjoyed sitting outside in the shade.

AC is only in the living room, none in the bedroom - we were there during a heatwave so it was a little warm at night, but not big problem - we would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful host, fantastic location, a few metres from the harbour, bus stop, supermarket. Cavtat is gorgeous with lovely people. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, amazing power shower, good wifi, and nice terrace out front. The thick walls means it stays cool in summer too. 100% recommend
