Excellent place

We loved this apartment. A good location near the center. There was a shop and bakery just around the corner. Restaurants and beach just down the street. In the apartment you have everything you need. The terrace was big and we spent most of the time outside just enjoying the great wetaher. Air condition in the rooms and beds were really comfortable.

The description of the rooms were not correct. It said there would be two single beds and one double. But there was only double beds. You should update this so that it is correct. No problem for us but maybe to someone else.

Nico apartments are in a great location, just a short 2 minute walk to be in the centre of Cavtat. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep, and everything needed in the kitchen. Fantastic terrace area

Spacious clean and well equipped apartment with a hot tub, which was great to use after a beach day or in the morning before breakfast. Lovely terrace with sun loungers. Perfect. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The property was in great location to everything the view was amazing from the balcony It was well equipped and spotless. The housekeeper had fantastic English and made us feel very welcome.

Unforgettable and even better than thought!

Had an incredible stay at this property with family! The location is even closer to the ocean than I thought! The views from the top apartment are unbelievable, but the bottom apartment with the hot tub was also incredible. Great check in process, great communication.

Only one minor thing, was just the coffee filters, if more were supplied that would have been amazing, as we couldn’t find any in the shop in town so couldn’t use the coffee machine

Lovely.

This is a fabulous little studio with amazing views of beautiful Cavtat. Host is lovely. Property was clean and we were able to keep room until late as we had a night flight.

I think it should be pointed out that there is a hill that leads up to the property. Although small it is quite steep and not suitable for people with health or mobility issues. It can be a short but difficult challenge when experiencing over 30c heat for example.

Very spacious property, big terrace with hot tub, sun loungers and nice seating area to eat out. 2 spacious double rooms with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Super friendly host called Sanja, great service.

Well located, a little steep initially with bags. No one at the property but quickly resolved with a phone call and a visit to assist with entry and familiarisation. All good. Easy stroll into town or for walks around the peninsulars.

All great Only issue, because of it being an nternal bathroom, which obviously must be lit and ventilated the expelair fan is on constantly whilst in there which was very noisy, maybe a quieter one could be fitted. Also it was not possible to use the t.v. at all as there are no English speaking channels available. Overall a Great stay.

Short stay in Cavtat.

Convenient location close to bus station and harbour. Quiet area. Good storage for clothes and luggage. Kitchen equipment available to enable breakfasts and simple meals to be prepared.

Patio area overshadowed by two big AC units that would be very noisy if running though I can see that there is no where else to put them. No hangers in the bathroom apart from the towel rail. No name on the exterior of the building to identify the appartment.

I wish I had a bigger room with balcony facing the sea . the room was too small with no where inside to sit down other than the bed . it also needs an ironing board in the property though an iron was available no board to iron on on table near plugs

A 'no frills' but really well positioned apartment.

Even though it was very late Ivana met the taxi and led us to the property.... and it was pretty much as I expected - no frills but verysatisfactory and in a very good position in Cavtat. The balcony and its table and chairs were good with lovely views of the 2 Cavtat bays yet fairly quiet. Value for money.

The pillows were rather too large and a choice of a couple of softer and smaller ones would be good.

The most amazing apartment! Only 5 minutes walk from the main front and many beaches as well as only being 2 minutes walk away from a large supermarket. Nikolina (the host) was amazing and couldn't be any more helpful as well as being fast responding to any queries!
