A lovely spacious flat in a great location. There were three of us travelling and the flat very comfortably accommodated all of us. The rooms were clean and airy, and it was lovely to have tea and coffee provided. Accessing the flat was very easy with a lockbox.
Some people may find the two flights of stairs difficult to reach the flat, very typical for Edinburgh accommodation - but steep! WiFi in the flat was not stable, so we relied on mobile data most of the trip.

The Heating boost is good. Kitchen is nice, with supplies which is very helpful. Stylish decor and great sized rooms!! Lots of local amenities!!
It’s on 2nd floor, so 2 long flights of stairs to reach the flat. extremely strong FISH SMELL in stairwell due to it being above a fishmongers. The Flat doesn’t smell of fish though so that’s good. Shower is poor, weak flow, difficult temperature controls.
