Location, facilities.

1. TV needs repair, it didn’t work in spite of many efforts. We couldn’t see live FIFA World Cup match. 2. No microwave oven, which is basic necessity. 3. Coffee machine there but no coffee powder. Otherwise stay was comfortable, location is very nice. 4. Deposit of £300 is too much. My duplicate payment of this deposit (made twice by mistake) is still not refunded after 8 days. Property management says they refunded duplicate payment the same day, but card company says payment not received. My £600 is stuck. Also don’t know how long refund of the Original payment will take.

Nothing, it suited us perfectly

Very close to lots of shops & restaurants. 30 min walk in to Edinburgh old town. 15 min walk to the Commonwealth Pool & Holyrood Park. Designated parking & a washing machine. Nice and spacious.

When the train went by it was very noisy. Towels that were provided were very small. We went out and bought some ourselves from the Tescos. Also could do with some curtains or blinds. A full length mirror in both bedrooms would also be good. There didn't seem to be anything to clean the floors with. Not even a broom. A small hoover would definitely be helpful.
