Location and modernness of the property. Available free street parking. The recommendation for local restaurant(s) was on the money. Went back twice!!!

Great location, good sized property for family of four. Clean and tidy in all aspects.
Couldnt park car in private car park outside the property. Had to park on the road

Well presented at a very competitive price in a good location. Host communicated effectively in a timely manner. 5 adults enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Parking was very easy at the weekend, too.

Lovely peaceful location. Easy bus route access into the city, or to a large sainsbury the other way
Fabulous layout with outside space. Great for our family group including our 91 year old father
Soft closers on the doors, toilet, fridge etc would improve the ambience
Scruffy sticky labels on soap bottles (apartment number)
Small things but they detracted from the otherwise excellent accommodation
$$$$
