I would stay here again. We came as a couple to have a relaxing evening.

Shocking!!!!!

Wow not sure we’re to start here… We booked this flat due to it being close to Swindon fc as my son is on trial there this week so I could cook for him what he needed to eat What we didn’t no was that we wld be entering crack head flat! Absolutely disgustingly; dirty everywhere smell terrible of drugs and cigarettes, the carpet was heavily stained and stunk. The toilet was unbearable stuck with very strongly on urine. This totally out of order to have this type of property to be listed on booking.com we had to leaves this place after 1 hours my son felt hill!!! and we had to pay out again to go to the Leonardo hotel (Thanks god for that! Now we are being ignored and refused refund please be aware before booking this place! Sacha

Definitely will rebook one of the better places I've stayed in in a very long time for the price

Breakfast was not included but cooking facilities were there for you if you wanted to cook your own breakfast

To be perfectly honest it wasn't I didn't like it all actually everything was perfect very well thought out very well laid out very spacious clean and modern bright

Would not stay here again and definitely not worth £120!

The room is nice if you don’t look too closely. Heating heats up quickly.

It was dirty. The shower screen hadn’t been cleaned, there was a build up on the glass. Cutlery and plates were dirty. The inside of the microwave door had food stuck to it. The sink was filthy as were the light switches. There were clean/dirty towels in the washing machine. The carpet was filthy and stained. The walls were covered in marks. There was a cloth stuffed behind the sink in the bathroom and peoples used toiletries left behind eg toothpaste! There was half a decoration left behind on the ceiling. The blinds in the bedroom do not have a pull string or anything so we had to roll them up and down by hand. We didn’t have any washing up liquid or clothes to wash dishes so felt bad when we left them, but we didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves either so when it came to cooking food we couldn’t even get it out the oven safely. We were woken up at 4am by someone knocking on the door and when answered out the window said they had the wrong house. It’s a loud area with constant noise and people shouting and cars coming past all through the night.

Great value with a very conscientious host!

Host couldn’t have been more helpful. I texted at 11.15 at night when I clocked I had forgotten my hairdryer and he went out to tescos to buy me one that night! It was a clean and comfortable studio appt. The fan was great on a hot June night. And wifi worked really well.

I wanted to be close to the station as I was arriving pretty late but still felt a bit unsure walking to find the place on my own after dark.

Turned up to the property to loud music and cars outside which occurred every evening. Strong smell of cannabis in the building throughout the stay and no working TV and wifi throughout the stay which was not communicated prior to arriving

the tv didn’t work so sat there all night nothing to do,people shouting and playing music till early hours of the morning and absolutely stunk of cannabis
