OK but wouldn't go back.

Convenient for our needs.

Security light at the back of the building kept coming on overnight. Having one large table for breakfast rather than individual tables, I'm not a big fan of talking to people I don't know unless I want to but this meant you had no choice unless you wanted to appear rude. The keypad to get into the building was not very well illuminated but luckily every time we got to the door it was not closed properly - not very secure.

Exceptional and comfortable.

Location was superb with ample room for parking. Breakfast was exceptional. Well-cooked and quick service by the caretaker. Super clean room, which was also very quiet. It is the best B&B we have stayed in this year. Very professional and courteous caretaker. Will definitely use again.

Perfect stay in Swindon

It was a perfect stay, unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and the host was so understanding to let us check out a bit late. Breakfast was also wonderful, if I come back to Swindon again I would definitely stay here again. Everything we requested was arranged swiftly and it felt very homely.

The building and environment are lovely, but there’s no hidden or secure place to park cars.

I appreciated the calm and well-maintained surroundings.

The only downside is that there isn’t a covered or concealed parking area.

Lovely welcome, parking available. Clean and today. Spacious room with comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities. Super shower too. Fabulous piping hot brekkie. This place is a gem. We would definitely stay again.

So welcoming, clean and an all around comfy stay.

Greeted by Adam(sorry, can't remember his name), but he was so nice and very welcoming. The room was super clean and quite modern. The bathroom and shower were awesome. Took our order for breaky tlwhen we arrived and in the morning, breakfast was ready for when we asked and it was freshly prepared.

I can not fault it.

We had a wonderful stay at Orchard House in Swindon. Adam was a fantastic host welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our visit. The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and we loved that each room had its own en-suite. The vegetarian breakfast was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with care. Thank you, Adam, for such a lovely experience!

Great place - home away from home

The location and facilities were perfect. It really did feel like home away from home.

My only snag was the bathroom toilet was too close to the wall in the room we had. It did mean going to the toilet was uncomfortable.

Really lovely accommodation

The private room.lovely comfortable and good size. Had a desk and separate large shower which was far better than most I had tried in Swindon. Great fried breakfast very tasty abd good quality Plenty of parking out front so that was an added bonus Garden to rear.

You couldn't use rear garden no outside space.

It wasn't clean. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The place needs a thorough dusting snd deep clean. Caught my hand on ill-fitting shower screen, creating a blood blister.

Absolutely lovely, will be back

It’s light and airy, well thought out with space for a suitcase if you don’t want to unpack, and hanging space if you do. It has plenty of USB and 13a plugs next to the bed. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. Breakfast is delicious and Adam is very kind and I was well looked after.
