Lovely pub hotel . Friendly staff

Lovely pub , dinner was very nice. Room was very good except for comment below.

Bathroom was poor decoration , paint peeling , bare wood exposed around bath , detracted from overall experience

Room was very nice for a one night stay over for work. Plenty of parking for my van. Bar and food and staff all very good

Sorry to say we wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to family and friends.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Beer Garden, bedroom was a good size and spotless .

No air conditioning , Post code didn’t take you directly to the pub, the staff did say there was 2 post codes however no one knew what the other post code was, in saying this, they did try to find out though. Breakfast didn’t start until 9:30, we had a funeral to go to which started 10:30 therefore there was not enough time to eat before we left.

Lovely pub accomodation

Perfect location for our visit to see family. The room was lovely and quiet, staff were very polite and courteous and breakfast was spot on. I did have to raise an issue with the room to the manager which was taken on board, this didn't affect our stay. We'll definitely stay again.

The room was so warm, there were lot's of fans available as there was no aircon, pillows were too flat but again, there were plenty and is probably personal preference.

Comfortable room in a convenient location.

Great location just off the main road. Room 2 was at the front so we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Everything you could have needed in the room including a fan and very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 9.30 which was fine for us as we weren’t in a rush to get off.

We couldn’t get a meal as there was rock and roll bingo on. Outdoor tables under the window made with drinkers was noisy.

Ease to get food downstairs after a long day travelling

Music didn’t stop until 1:30 am considering the pub closed at 11pm. Yelling into the night Staff were really rude and unprofessional. Room was run down and bath was rooting away, the floor had a massive unknown stain on it

I'd definitely stay again

I didn't expect the towels to be changed daily. The room was very clean & "spider" free :) Food was very good in the restaurant both nights :)

Friendly welcome and lovely room - would certainly want to stay again if working in the area

Really nice room, good bathroom and shower, staff really friendly and helpful. Also location excellent for where I needed the following day. Parking really good too. Bed very comfortable and liked the hanging rail in the room - very handy and so much better than a wardrobe as I could see everything.

Nothing major really - maybe a hook on the back of the bathroom door could be useful? Also, somewhere to stand a wash-bag in the bathroom - maybe a shelf or small table near the sink. It's often an issue in hotels.
